Graceland’s studs are 16” on center; we double our studs every 3rd stud; we double our top plates; and we reinforce our doors and windows making our buildings the sturdiest available.

Graceland Signature Series buildings come standard with 5/8” treated tongue and groove plywood floors and T1-11 or Duratemp treated plywood walls, offering superior strength and durability, plus unsurpassed resistance to mold, mildew, insect, and rodent damage. Competitive buildings come standard with OSB / particle-board flooring and siding, which speaks for itself.
Solid Foundations
Graceland uses notched, treated 4×6 floor runners plus treated 2×6 floor joists (rather than 2×4) which makes our foundations stronger, more durable and more resistant to mold, mildew, insect, and rodent damage.
Optimized Fasteners
Graceland uses hot-dipped, galvanized, ring shank nails which hold like screws and will not rust, coupled with Hurricane Screws, which dramatically bolster wind resistance and weight load capacity.
